Eggman, also known as Dr. Robotnik, is an evil scientist with an IQ of 300. He is a renowned authority on robotics. The lifelong rival of the Sonic team, he's always out to either destroy the planet, or take over it. You have to admit, he is quite loyal to his ideas and hatred of Sonic.
My take: Eggman is quite the scientist! Sonic never seems to get him down for long. He always has some new scheme to get Sonic.
