Open arriving at a new island, Tails finds a railroad running throughout the whole island but no one around. The witch Witchcraft rides in a mine cart throughout and turns creatures into ice if they happen to defy her. Using Tails, the player moves Tails up and down through the air and uses a ring boomerang as offense.
